Andy and Lee were wonderful! Despite the trauma of having to transfer van loads of stuff they remained cheerful, helpful and good humoured throughout.

Dear Removals Co-ordinator,

Thank you for visiting our house to give us a quotation for the removal of our household furniture. We were very impressed by your company and particularly your competitive quote.
Unfortunately the sale of our house has just fallen through and consequently we are unable to move and will not be requiring your services in the near future. We are continuing to market the house and will hopefully have a new buyer in the not too distant future. Whilst we hope to move to the same property in Exeter, clearly this may not be possible and only time will tell how the future unfolds.

As and when the time comesfor our move, we will review your quote, along with the others that we have received over the past two weeks and then ask for the successful removal firm to confirm that the costs are still held, which will need to reflect the duration of time which has pasted and any actual revised location.
